The CAAP offers regular group meetings in order to inform you about :
- The scope of our services
- The rights and possible recourse as a Health and social services network patient
- The rights and obligations deriving from the lease as a PSR resident
- The complaint examination process

Our group sessions are held in our office but i’ts possible to do the session at your office, anywhere in Abitibi-Témiscamingue.
