The CAAP offers regular group meetings in order to inform you about :

  • The scope of our services
  • The rights and possible recourse as a Health and social services network patient
  • The rights and obligations deriving from the lease as a PSR resident
  • The complaint examination process

This information service is intended for :

  • Managers and administrators of senior's home
  • Resident’s living in a PSR

Our services are free, flexible and confidential

Our group sessions are held in our office but i’ts possible to do the session at your office, anywhere in Abitibi-Témiscamingue.
